I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recurring errors in sending the correct product. The current process is inefficient and frustrating:
1. Incorrect product sent.
2. Arrange pickup.
3. Wait for return.
4. Dispatch same incorrect product again.
This cycle is unacceptable. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly follow up on your mistakes.
And your team say that both same product, it is light flashed on it, because of it this variant. Do you think am I having sight problem or idiot.
