How does the delivery process work?

• Once our system processes your order, the orders are sent to our production unit where they are handcrafted to perfection by our skilled artisans.
• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

What is the estimated delivery time?

• Since all our products are handcrafted and only made to order, we usually dispatch most orders within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event or during holidays, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.
• Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
• You should receive your products within 5-10 working days.

What are the shipping charges?

• All the prepaid orders placed with Egoss will be delivered to you at free of cost.
• All the COD and Partial COD orders have an additional COD Handling Charge of Rs.199
• NO COD option is available for plus sizes (above UK 11), customers have to either partially pay or fully pay for a plus size order.

How are orders placed on Egoss delivered to me?

• All orders placed on Egoss are dispatched through our courier partners Xpressbees and BlueDart.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

• In case of a faster delivery, you can opt for your Express Shipping option during checkout

Please Note: Opting for Express Shipping ensures faster delivery time AFTER the order has left our facility. The processing time for the order will be 1-5 days depending on product availability.
