RETURNS POLICY

We strictly have a no return, no exchange policy. Items can only be replaced/exchanged ONCE in case of a size issue or manufacturing defect. 

REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Items can only be replaced in case of a size issue or manufacturing defect within '7 days’ from the date of delivery. 

Items can only be replaced ONCE per order in case of size issue. Incase of replacements more than once, the customer has to pay the pick up and delivery charges as per actuals.

PLEASE NOTE:

1) No size replacements for Slippers and Export Surplus / On Sale articles.

2) No replacement for sizes 12,13,14,15,16 as they are made to order only.

REPLACEMENT PICK-UPS

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product and Complete product: Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible. All components in the box received during the time of delivery must be present during the pickup.

Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging: Product's original packaging should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by Egoss. Refunds are issued as store credits which are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

REFUNDS

We will process the refunds only on products that are out of stock. Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return and refund.
