RETURNS POLICY
We strictly have a no return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect, which needs to be raised within 7 days of delivery.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Items can be easily exchanged by visiting Exchange Support section on our website. Exchange requests need to be raised within '7 days’ from the date of delivery.
Items can only be replaced ONCE per order for free. Incase of replacements more than once, the customer has to pay the pick up and delivery charges as per actuals.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) No size replacements for Slippers and Export Surplus / On Sale articles.
2) No replacement for sizes 12,13,14,15,16 as they are made to order only.

EXCHANGE PICK-UPS
After raising an exchange request on the website, we will review and accept your request. Post that, a pick-up will be arranged for your order.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Correct Product and Complete product: Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible. All components in the box received during the time of delivery must be present during the pickup.
Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging: Product's original packaging should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
Your Exchange Order will be dispatched after the picked up shipment is received at our warehouse.
REFUNDS
We will process the refunds only on products that are out of stock. Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.
Note that there would be no cancellation, replacement or refunds for sizes 12,13,14,15,16 as they are made to order only.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return and refund.
