Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS POLICY
We strictly have a strict no return policy, items can only be exchanged. You can easily exchange and choose any other product of your choice from the online store.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Items can be easily exchanged by visiting Exchange Support section on our website. Exchange requests need to be raised within '7 days’ from the date of delivery.
Items can only be replaced ONCE per order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Product Exchanges: We accept exchanges 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns & Cancellations: Returns and cancellations are not allowed. All sales are final. Only exchanges are permitted within the 7-day period.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) No size replacements for OUT OF STOCK articles.
2) No replacement for plus sizes (UK 12 to UK 16) as they are made to order only.
EXCHANGE PICK-UPS
After raising an exchange request on the website, we will review and accept your request. Post that, a pick-up will be arranged for your order.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Product should be unused, undamaged and in brand new condition with all tags and packaging.
Your Exchange Order will be dispatched after the picked up shipment is received at our warehouse. Exchange Orders will be shipped within 7 working days from the date we receive your product.
