Returns and Exchange Your experience is our reward!

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered form us. If the product you have ordered from us, is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, we will accept returns within 72 hours as follows:

  • Returns through courier collection
    The item will be collected from your door within 2-3 days post initiating the pickup request on the website. Please handover the product only upon receiving the receipt of return from the courier collection partner. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return or refund may not be possible.
  • Refunds
    We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made. Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days.
  • Sizing problem
    We are committed to ensure that you receive the size as requested. In the event that you have a sizing issue with the pair received, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.
