Despite reaching out and having the shoes picked up for repair, the communication regarding the progress was lacking, despite multiple email inquiries. When the shoes were finally returned, the repaired shoe felt tighter than before and the fit was subpar. Even after wearing them for a week straight, the discomfort persisted in the repaired shoe.
